At the recent (July 11, 2007) meeting of the Board, Treasurer Lee reported the following results for the Relay for Life Chicken Barbecue:
Total Income: $1,653.00
Total Expenses: 924.53
Net Income: $ 728.47 (Donated to Relay for Life)
In 2005, we sold 400 chicken halves and made $ 1,142.09 to donate to Relay for Life.
In 2006, we prepared 400 halves, but many were not sold; proceeds were $ 488.24.
In 2007, we prepared only 250 halves, and sold all.
